The Fatui bullshit going on in the middle of fuck all nowhere? Yeah not my problem now!

I was just lying out across a long platform past the roiling festival going on for the Wind Blume Festival. A Festival that celebrated the lost heroes of Mondstadt.

And as for why I was just laid out with my hands folded behind my head with the sounds of revelry filling my ears.

Honestly, I was already a bit blasted from the large amounts of heavily discounted wine that Mondstadt was so famous for. Passing through my lips and filling my blood with its warmth.

So there I was... A good bit drunk and just bing chilling on the edge of the great lake that surrounds Mondstadt city.

'Eula is a terrible influence on us... Sure we blame Barbatos for being an alcoholic and all. But Eula is our local drinker who never stops drinking when we are in a safe enviroment. Or she is feeling depressed.' 

Well, Eula wasn't as depressed anymore with how Lumine and I were bullying her with smothering love to the point the tsundere couldn't even raise her head to call us a 'baka' or whatever.

"Heh, look who is just sitting and watching the ducks!" A voice spoke from behind me.

And I just chuckled at the sight of Venti plopping himself down next to me.

"So what's are your mind Jake? Why aren't you with the Traveler?" Venti asked with an amused grin.

I laughed lightly and said with a clear buzzed joy. "Lumine is busy making sure Paimon doesn't kill herself in an eating competition. So I am just relaxing right now."

After that... I reached into my spatial space to pull out a large bottle of wine with Venti laughing happily as he also pulled out a large mug for me to fill up halfway with most of the bottle.

Then I emptied the rest of the bottle into my own mug while Venti sighed with joy as the wind spirit/Archon said. "Haaa... Ten years old wine from Diluc's VIP stores. That lad even kicked me out of his winery when I borrowed a bottle you know? So how did you get your hands on a bottle?"

"He brought me face to face with Capitano. One of the strongest Harbinger's of the Fatui. This was his apology... Well one of his apologies you could say." I said with a smile as I knew each such bottle costed like five million Mora.

And with Diluc telling me to take ten bottles of whatever I wanted from his stores... Whelp when he got out of his funk about not being able to slaughter a bunch of fatui. I bet he would feel a sting.

Venti sighed at my words instead of celebrating my get away with such good wine actually.

Then he said quietly. "The Fatui... Mondstadt certainly has had it's issues with them but it's only with one Harbinger that Mondstadt has a life and death battle with."

I blinked before I nodded and said quietly. "The Doctor right?" 

To which Venti nodded and said without emotion. "If it wasn't for the fact that he DID infact poison Mondstadt's waters with a slow acting poison I had to deal with later on. I would have went after Dottore in Sumeru even with the contract that forbids Archons from just going to other nations and especially using their divine powers."

That... Made alot of sense actually. 

Well normally anyway, but Ei herself was hiding in the Sereantea Pot to avoid having people find her outside of Inazuma. 

It's not like she was just walking the street's of Mondstadt as well.

"What else has he done? If I see him... I will do my very best to kill him regardless but give me the whole story."

Venti sighed before he said flatly but I could hear the under his tone the fury of an angry god who was stuck in place for more than one reason.

"He had alot of Mondstadt citizens especially children kidnapped for his twisted experiments. Out of the five hundred or some people he took. Only a couple dozen have managed to escape or were saved by the Knights of Favonius." 

There was a moment of silence as I considered his words... Then I said with finality. "Yup. I am going to kill him when I see em in Sumeru."

Venti shook his head. Clearly thinking I wasn't going to be so lucky to find the little bastard.

But I still had my foreknowledge that told me that Sumeru was working on the ultimate blasphemy in replacing their Archon with a false god.

Still I took a heavy drink of my wine as I muttered. "Damn it Venti. You ruined my buzz."

And the damned brat of a god just giggled and said mischeviously. "Ehehe! Jake if your buzz is ruined... Just drown out the bad buzz with an even better buzz haha!"

His words were fair enough honestly so I just took out another bottle and I broke the neck of the bottle so I didn't need to worry about the cork before I poured it into my large ale mug.

"Tsk tsk! So greedy, you didn't even offer to refill my own cup Jake!" Venti complained loudly with myself just flipping the bard a certain rude finger as I just straight up gulped down a large amount of wine.

Then I just leaned back on my chair with a sigh as Venti giggled and said with a chuckle as his own voice became a bit slurred. "Whelp, time to go see if I can mooch some food to go with this wine in return for some story telling!"

I just waved him off as I relaxed into the seat and let my mind wander for a good bit.

'Hmm... We already dealt with Inazuma, Liyue, and Mondstadt's nonsense. So maybe it is indeed time to head on over to Sumeru to meet best goddess Nahida.' I mused though my lips twitched as there was just one problem with that to me.

At the point after helping free Nahida from the Akademiya's control. I would be flying completely blind in this world as in my past life I only played up till that part... And I completely skipped all the desert bullshit because it was boring and I didn't want to wander around a desert anyway.

But after a bit of thinking... I used my Sereantea Pot's Adepti Seal to pull me into it and into my bedroom in particular.

Then without any fuss I just face planted into my bed to pass out and didn't wake up even as Shenhe who avoided the festival due to not wanting to deal with the crowds.

Joined me in bed with her silently just holding onto me until I woke up... Or she could have been whispering adepti secrets for all I knew as I was dead drunk at that point and was just passed out happily between Shenhe large breasts she used to cradle my head with.
