The ride to the Rose Estate was filled with more light topics, thankfully as Summer talked to me casually while Ruby also talked to me about her own interests and such.

Though seeing how close Summer and Ruby were. I couldn't help the idle thought of wondering how Yang was nowadays, as she had been busy being the apprentice of the unarmed combat Sage teacher of Beacon.

"You guys have a large bit of land." I noted with a small smile at seeing the farm land that surrounded the giant mansion in the center of the walled-in mini city within Vale itself.

Summer gave a nod as she said idly. "All of the Dukes turn their own territory within Vale into their own tiny kingdom in case the outer walls fall... It has saved them time and time again over the millennia after all." 

Then, with a shrug, she said calmly. "Plus keeping everything closed off a good bit. Most importantly, keeps casual Abomination infiltration away from our core power structures." 

Which made sense.

Then Ruby leaned into me as she pointed out towards the window I was sitting on. "Jake look over there! There is the Rose strawberry fields! We can go into the fields after training and see if we can find some ripe strawberries as well haha!"

I raised an eyebrow and asked curiously. "Are they even ripe at this point?"

"Vale is the breadbasket of the world, despite Mistral also having its fertile swamps once cleared. With some simple rune plates, we can set some climate adjusters to make sure the ground doesn't get too cold so our crops grow year-round." Summer explained casually.

'Hmm, I basically have the rank of a Baron with my military accomplishments. Should I try to open a territory outside of Vales walls or something?' I mused before shaking my head.

Becoming a lord and watching over people would take up too much of my time when I could be spending said time cultivating, training, or otherwise just killing grim.

Or plowing my shipgirls and other women...

A soft thump rang out as the bullhead jolted slightly at a softer landing than I expected, with Ruby saying with a grin. "Come on Jake, I can show you where you are going to be sleeping while the staff gets our stuff!"

I could see several faunus and even human staff members, all wearing the rose emblem on their uniforms as they bowed towards us and then went past us to the bullhead with Summer following along as Ruby excitedly lead us into her families giant mansion.

"This is the main entrance, see, it's got a huge closet over there for guests to leave their coats when we host parties. And down this hall leads to the main kitchens, were mom and I like to bake cookies and such!" 

And so the house tour went with Summer following with an indulgent amused smile as Ruby showed me... Everything including their own bedrooms before they pointed me towards my own bedroom which was next door to Ruby's own bedroom.

Summer had her own bedroom on an entirely different level of the mansion.

"Well, I do hope you enjoyed the house tour... Thankfully, Ruby did not show you the secrets, or I would need to make you forget them ufufu." Summer giggled as Ruby gawked and said in offense.

"Mooom! I wouldn't show off family secrets! You I woudn't be that dumb right!?"

Summer merely shook her head and said. "Anyway, I am going to the pools for some exercise and to relax. Ruby, Jake, you are both welcome to join if you wish." 

Ruby perked up as she had kinda sagged at Summer clearly trusting her daughter to show off said family secrets.

The younger Rose asked me excitedly. "Jake, do you like swimming? We have a huge pool, a large hot tub, as well as a heated cove that acts as a steam room!"

I could only smile wryly as I said easily. "Alright alright, I do love swimming. Remember you did remind me to pack some swim trunks after all."

A flush crossed Ruby as Summer chuckled and strode away at the sight, while Ruby said quietly after her mom left. "Sorry... This is just, the first time I have had a guy friend over. I am just a bit nervous and excited."

My lips twitched as I thought helplessly. "Yeah... I can tell you are just a 'little' excited to say the least.'

 But instead of teasing her. I just nodded and said easily. "I will meet you outside our rooms in a couple of minutes. I am going to get changed into some swim trunks and such if you want to come as well?" 

Although I hadn't seen the pools yet. They already pointed out that the pools were on the bottom floor of the Rose mansion.

So after quickly getting dressed into some swim trunks as well as grabbing a towel and a change of clothes, so I could shower after getting into the pools and such.

I came out of my room and only had to wait for a couple of minutes more for Ruby to likewise come out of her room wearing a robe with her blushing as she realized I noticed her robe in particular.

But she visibly took a breath and grabbed my wrist as she pulled me along saying. "Come on Jake! I bet you will love the heated cove, I used to fall asleep in there all the time."

She only 'dragged' me for a bit until she let go as we reached the elevator and after coming out of the elevator. I coudn't help a wolf whistle as they had a whole fucking swimming park hidden underground.

And it was indeed... A whole damned park as I saw slingshots to launch people into the pools, powered slides that would launch people through the tubes despite the lack of height to build up speed.

And most importantly, the entire park was surrounded by a lazy river that I could see Summer was already floating down on a floaty seat that had a cup holder for her large glass that was filled with what looked like wine.

"Oh? I thought you two would talk for a bit before coming straight here?" Summer said lazily as she waved to us as she approached on the lazy river.

And Summer Rose in a bikini was definitely a sight to enjoy. Her breasts that were equal to Yang's or Prinz's gave me the idle thought that getting pregnant for Ruby would only enhance her figure...

But I pushed aside the wonderful thought as I paused at seeing Ruby also toss aside her robe to show a modest bikini, but still exposed a good bit of cleavage.

Then Ruby snorted with a flush as she pushed me, and I tossed my stuff aside with a laugh as I allowed myself to fall into the lazy river with Summer pushing herself away so the water didn't splash into her wine glass.
