Marvelous Shop, Chapter 24 (Patreon)

The sounds of ticking rang out as the meeting room within the depths of the Grigori was utterly silent besides the heavily enchanted grandfather clock that isolated the room in a bubble of the time stream so no one could divine or scry into the room.
The room had six Fallen 'Angels', with all of them having their twelve wings out. But besides three of them, the other three were in various forms of... Decay.
A soft gasp left one of 'Fallen' who wasn't fallen at all. Her wings were a holy splendor even if they hung limp, and the right half of her face was stiff as though she had suffered from a terrible mortal stroke.
Still, she spoke even with difficulty but still her words were clear. "The Graal was within the Devil's gaze for so long... Even connected to your daughter, Baraqiel."
The man Baraqiel was in even worse shape as he was hooked up to several life support tools that hummed with magical energy as he mumbled in answer.
A loud exhale escaped the lead at the table. Azazel looked between the two Penueme's one bound to the Red Dragon Emperor and still somewhat fresh. And the one who had basically raised his own adopted daughter in Valian Lucifer. With that one barely keeping herself together as her soul was already declining.
Finally, the last occupant was all but vibrating in place being Kokabiel who just snarled out. "Azazel, you had better not back out of this!? The Abrahamic Faction is constantly being attacked by outside forces, and if we can get the Grail, it could all change! Even if we didn't work with the Devil's in time, we could renew all the clones' souls as well as drag the originals into clone bodies themselves to be reborn!"
Azazel exhaled softly and drew a hand across his short beard before he said thoughtfully. "I already spoke with Serafall, Ajuka, and Sirzechs. They agreed to form an alliance with us to deal with the backlash when Hades and the Hindu find out we have the grail."
Kokabiel looked at the clone of Gabriel who was fucking insane even to him, and said past gritted teeth. "What about those fools in Heaven? Are they going to just sit this out as well?"
Azazel could only helplessly smile as he said faintly. "And who could they send? Their human aces are tied up in Europe and Asia, dealing with the other Pantheons protecting humanity. And as for their Seraphs? Michael can't leave the throne, obviously, and Metatron is still so insane that he can't even fall properly."
The room went silent at the ninja-obsessed angel who abandoned Heaven to become a ninja and was just... A troublemaker across Asia.
Azazel then looked back to Kokabiel and said firmly. "But no... We will NOT be overlooking this chance. Kokabiel, you and Sirzechs will meet outside of Tepes' territory in two hours at dawn, when most of the vampires have retired. Kill them all, leave no witnesses if at all possible."
Kokabiel nodded quietly with a calm expression as he added. "And the wielder of the Graal? How will she be dealt with?"
Azazel took a heavy breath and said evenly even though his words was chilling. "The Greek's are elevating demigods into true gods. The Norse are recruiting their undying warriors. And the Hindu get ever stronger purely off of faith, especially."
"We will deal with the Graal holder, however needed. If she cooperates, perfect. If not. Ajuka and I will tamper with her mind. If that still won't work, we will extract the Graal itself, and it will be implanted into Akeno Himejime as she remains tied to both factions."
There could be no mercy in the face of the entire Abrahamic Faith's seeming inevitable collapse, with how most, if not all, Pantheons were hostile to them.
Then, Penueme... Jake's Penueme spoke out with a hint of annoyance. "Ahem, you all are forgetting something! What about my darling, perfect, Jake's reward for this information? Information that could change the very status of our Three Way Alliance?!"
Kokabiel and Azazel shared a helpless look, both knowing how... Unstable and prone to overattachment, Penueme clones were.
Kokabiel coughed into his hand and said with a helpless smile. "How about a Holy Sword? I am sure I can get an Exalibur piece, or I could even get Ascalon from Heaven?"
Penueme snarled instantly. "Do you want to die you ugly vampire-looking wretch! You want to ruin Jake's lifespan by making him hold Ascalon!"
Azazel flared his power, making the room go still as he said helplessly, knowing that if Penueme exploded... It may be a literal thing with her life going with it. "Did you already have an idea Penueme?"
The other Penueme, who had raised Valian at this point, typed on the computer that was attached to her floating bed and 'spoke' out through her life support speaker system. [Get him a cat girl maid. Take that witch Kuroka out of Valian's team... Please for the love of our holy Father.]
Azazel's face twitched as he looked at her and said with an almost hysterical giggle. "Are... Are you trying to get me to cuck the White Dragon Emperor of a follower to give it to their destined Rival?"
Jake's Penueme said promptly. "That's not a bad idea, actually! Besides, isn't Valian annoyed with that homeless kitty who keeps trying to use your gender bending gun to make her into a man to impregnate her! Oh, and what I wanted was, I wanted Kokabiel to get Jake a large-breasted submissive Vampire or Dhampire maid to pamper him while I am busy."
Kokabiel gave Penueme a dirty look and said flatly. "You are insane... I will be performing genocide, and you tell me to go shopping as I slaughter to get your boy toy a maid to play with? Why don't you just have Azazel clone Grayfia and give that clone to Jake while you are at it!"
There was a heavy pause at Kokabiel's actual annoyance at the end... Until the two 'sane' fallen's face twitched as Penueme nodded and looked to Azazel and said firmly. "Actually, yeah, if he does that. We can skip the vampire sex slave maid."
Azazel just face-palmed as he said silently to himself though everyone could hear. "I can't believe I need to negotiate on what kind of maid I will be sending... What has this world come to."
Then, out of nowhere, Gabriel spoke again quietly but supportively. "It's ok, brother. We know you are working the hardest, even if the world disdains you. We will support you to the end."
Azazel... Did not look all that emotionally supported at that comment.
