 Added normal map textures to all underwear (except garter belts) for a visual effect of bumps and dents on it.

Tuned display order of items in CAS menu.

I found some tricky way to tune the display order of the mod items in CAS which allows to display underwear parts in the order I would like to see and also make them easier to find in CAS menu.

Added custom thumbnails for swimwear.

Corrected display index parameter value for swimwear (minor technical update).
