PERKS ACCESS GUIDE

Make sure you have an active subscription and that you connected your Patreon account when asked. If the clips do not appear right away, please wait a few seconds for the page to load. If you still see nothing after that, contact us and we will sort it out. To find a specific title, type its name in the search bar on the page.

ACCESS YOUR PERKS

The first time you open the page, you will be asked to unlock it. Just connect your Patreon account when prompted and you are in. The page keeps you unlocked while your membership is active, so you will not need to repeat this every visit.

IF THE PAGE KEEPS ASKING YOU TO UNLOCK

If you unlock the page but it sends you straight back to the unlock screen, and this keeps repeating, it almost always means your browser is not saving the small access cookie that remembers you. Unlocking again will not help until that cookie can be saved.

This usually happens for one of these reasons:

You are browsing in private or incognito mode.

A privacy extension or an ad blocker is blocking cookies for the site.

Your browser is set to block cookies for animeclips.online.

How to fix it:

Open the page in a normal window, not a private or incognito one.

Allow cookies for animeclips.online, and pause any privacy or ad-block extension for the site.

Unlock the page one more time.

After that, the page will remember you for as long as your membership is active. If it still loops after trying this, contact us through Patreon chat or our Discord and we will help you sort it out.

WHAT IS NEW: YOUR PERKS NOW LIVE ON THE WEBSITE

Your clips are now available right on the website, in a faster and cleaner experience. You no longer need a Google Drive or a Gmail to access them. Everything you had before, and more, is built into your perks page:

No more 2GB download limit. You can download thousands of clips in one go.

Download up to 2000 clips in one zip, and anything bigger splits into more zips automatically, so a download never fails halfway

Quick Select across folders, so you can grab clips from different folders and download them together as a single zip.

A search bar to quickly find any anime. You can also switch it to search the entire library at once instead of only the folder you are in.

Right-click any folder to see an estimate of its size and how many clips it holds before downloading.

A built-in player, thumbnails, hover previews, and full mobile support with a download button on every clip.

Ultra members also get an extra section with the full Released library, hosted on Cloudflare for faster and steadier downloads.

WHY THE PERKS MOVED OFF GOOGLE DRIVE

The clips are now served directly in your browser, and direct Google Drive access has been retired. We did this for two reasons: Google Drive placed limits on large downloads, and keeping the library inside our own system is safer and more secure for everyone. There is nothing extra to set up now. Just open your perks page above and unlock it with your Patreon account.

MEMBERSHIP UPDATE FOR NEW MEMBERS

New members are now charged on the day they join, and then on that same date each month. So if you join on the 14th, your next charge will be on the 14th of the following month. Existing members will still be charged on the 1st of every month.

HOW TO JOIN OUR DISCORD SERVER

Our Discord is where we post updates and where you can reach us the fastest. To join, you connect your Discord account to Patreon:

Make sure you have a Discord account. You can create a free one at https://discord.com if you do not.

In your Patreon account settings, open the Apps or Connections section.

Find Discord, click Connect, then log in to Discord and approve the request.

Once connected, you are added to our server automatically with your member role. If you are already in the server, your role will update within a few minutes.

BILLING AND CANCELLING

Your membership renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You keep access to your perks until the end of the period you already paid for. If you want to cancel, you can do it anytime from your Patreon account before your next charge date. For the common questions, these Patreon Help Center articles cover the details:
