This one is not actual Chinese dress but some Chinese-like cosplay costume from anime, I guess. But fits you perfectly as always!

Do you mean clothes? Common things are easy to tell the difference, because they often represent the two cultures in western media, but it can be difficult. Do you mean the languages? I don't understand either, but Japanese looks less complicated to write. People? Again, sometimes it's easier than others.
