Solar Dragons 7-10: I need your opinions! (Patreon)

So, in the next few days, I'll be wrapping up the rough draft for Solar Dragons 6! This is going to "end" the main story arc and see Brock's harem reach its maximum for a while at 17 girls plus Styria.  From here, the series is going to become a pure slice of life with each volume being considerably shorter and somehow unique, at least for the next few ones. These are the ideas I have so far:

  • Solar Dragons 7: Choose Your Own Haremventure
  • Solar Dragons 8: Harem Detective Blossom Manga around 100 pages? This could be pushed back to a later number if needed. I only have 25 pages so far.
  • Solar Dragons 9: A What If/Alternate Timeline Story
  • Solar Dragons 10: A pure slice-of-life book mostly from the girls' perspective

How does this sound? Any other ideas?

I think learning a little bit more about the characters is a good thing and make them more 3D in my mind.

9 and 10 intrigue me the most. I would also like to see some interactions with and between the various children. That would be fun

Is the ‘What if’ still on Brock’s pov? And about the Chyoa, I’m guessing it won’t be KU since last I heard they don’t really allow it or something

The what if would either be something like: What if another character was reincarnated as the Solar Dragon, or what if Brock's capsule was in the Infernal District or something like that. I'd have to tiptoe around the obvious issue of people not wanting to see the same girls with a different guy, for example.

I worry how 7 would work as an audio book (Which is the way I've bene enjoying them). I do like the idea of a 100 page detective blossom book.

Yeah and someone else pointed out Amazon is iffy about CYOA on Amazon so I may make that another slice of life

A prequel story about Tahini's dad getting reincarnated, joining the force, etc. Also, it be cool to see the Infernal district from a new reincarnated person's perspective, but I think a new main character would be better. Rather then another dragon as a Splice partner it be something from a different mythology like Sutr (fire giant), Chernobog, or the Dagda (gods in their respective mythos).

Something like this would be fun but couldn’t be advertised on the various discords and reddits as harem so I am hesitant for that reason. I do want to do more with Go’Urden’s character in the epilogue books

What about a solar dragon family vacation. Brock gets to scratch his itch of being in his full dragon form and not human confined. They use some magic/item for him to be able to fly his harem across the galaxy to a "premier vacation spot."

I would love to see him more in his dragon side, maybe take the girls to his hoard somehow and explore outside the city a bit.
