Oh my god, what a ride. We have had so much FUN with this show. We absolutely adored it, and I, for one, am honestly considering reading the light novel. I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. Alas, we have a while to wait before a season 2, which his highly distressing.

Maomao was dancing to send off her mother at the end, not Mei Mei. And I’m not sure if you ever said this but you have seen the Empress Dowager before. She was present at the first and second garden parties. She sits to the left of the Emperor and is playing with her new granddaughter at the first party. Also I think the word you were looking for was “facade”. I really enjoyed watching your reactions and discussions to this show and I am so excited to follow you through Frieren next. ☺️
