I understand feeling sorry about Albedo being made to love Ains, but you can't really call it sketch when he did that back when it was a game and she wasn't even person living but a fictional character, one that was going to be deleted/wiped at that. It was never his fault things turned out that way, how in the world could he have possibly known she'd become a living being/person. Knowing who Ains is as person in some alternate telling in the story where he had known ahead of time I have no doubt he'd never edited her feelings because he respects his friends and their creations that much. And this is just my personal opinion but if say Ains comes out and tells Albedo what happened ie tells her he was the one who messed with her feelings I don't even think she would even fault him for it. Because at the end of the day one key thing to remember the NPCs are so fiercely loyal to him has nothing to do with any editing he did since Albedo was the only he actually edited/looked at, but because he was the only one who stayed with them till the end all the other members/creators left them behind in their eyes. I think its even hinted at in the off chance her creator did come back as an enemy to him Albedo would side with Ainz not because she loves him because she trusts him to stick with them, the other members have lost her trust in that sense. Sorry for the long ass paragraph just wanted to put my 2 cents on the whole Albedo loving Ainz thing.
