I always wondered why there's a 80 kilometer tunnel under that city that ends in the middle of nowhere, and while 80 km is a lot to run its not actually that far, that dangerous swindlers marsh is not too far away from the city. But you'll see this world seems to be really big and dangerous More than a lot of build up, the complain usually is there's a lot of inner monologue and lots of long explanations, but if you havent been bothered too much by that by now it should be ok. And if you get to season 2, at some point you'll meet the group that kurapika is looking for and they are... Interesting
