During his fight with Mark, Nolan wasn't just trying to convince Mark, he was trying to convince himself that the viltrumite ideology was right even though he would have liked to stay on earth. Everything he was saying was basically scripted viltrumite excuses until Mark got through to him with the "What would you have after 500 years?" "I'd still have you." So unless all the other viltrumites find a Debbie of their own to show them how to be human and their own Mark to make them realize there's another way, i'm not sure they'll have that kind of breakthrough.

It's possible though. Nolan didn't go to Earth with any better intentions than the others. And if Debbie was able to change him...it's possible? Also, if even Conquest felt lonely...maybe some of the others do too. But yeah, I do agree it's unlikely.
