the confrontation between Vi and Powder after the explosion always gets me, like as an older sibling it's very relatable when you're furious at your younger sibling for an obvious mistake they made, and you later regret blowing up at them. the VAs in this show do such a fantastic job portraying conflicting or quickly changing feelings

I think you aren't "supposed" to hate anyone here. In my opinion you rob yourself if you just pretend people's choices make no sense and are rooted in something vague as being dumb or evil. A lot of the character writing and nuance gets lost this way. Like, it's very easy to hate Marcus the last couple episodes for example, but he's not a villain, he's supposed to be a good guy, a cop. He made the mistake of dealing with the devil and paid the price, he clearly never intended for Greyson to get killed, he got played. Same for Powder having a meltdown, it WAS that deep, her whole family was in mortal danger and she was left behind waiting for the news of their potential death basically, powerless. Maybe it's an unfair expectaction for people to accept the tragedy and not look for who is to blame, but this is what seperates good adult drama from kids shows. Sometimes things go wrong even if everyone thinks they are doing the right thing.

You should listen to the outros. The songs are great and I've noticed that you stop right before they get good. That's atleast my impression. I don't know if you are usually watching them but atleast in this case, letting the music play out gives you a better experience (imo).

So what I've always wondered, why do a lot of people dislike Imagine Dragons so much? Were they involved in some kind of controversy? Did they do something bad? I've never seen anyone say something about that.. Can someone explain that to me? I've only read people say how much they dislike them but it's a mystery why they think so.
