I'm late to this, but here's an idea. Two girlfriends. One is super into vore and has decided to get eaten by a sentient eater buddy of hers (frog, snake, alien, take your pick). Her friend is concerned and thinks it's a rash decision, but finds it hard to argue against how much her lover is enjoying the experience. She's also somewhat shocked that her lover's last words before being fully swallowed are "I love you" directed at her. She wants to join her friend and not let her experience digestion alone, but doesn't want to get eaten just for that reason. The eater slowly convinces her of the joys of being eaten, bringing her around to it with understanding and deep sexual euphoria. They meet in the stomach, and the first lady who got eaten reflects on how this was her plan all along (internal or out loud, either could be fun). Then they digest together.
