Animation preview! Patrons have seen a lot of these clips already, but we wanted to share a little with everyone who's been waiting patiently over the past while too. Also, we have an announcement to make this fall, probably in October. It's a big change, but in a pretty exciting way? ...And we hope you'll be happy to hear about it!

Lackadaisy - Season 1 Animation Update

Just letting you all know we're still alive and working back here! Some things have changed in a big way, though, and so we've got an announcement to make this autumn! Supporters have already seen many of these clips over the past while, along with lots of background art, character designs, and other things, but we figured it was high time to share a little with everyone. We hope you'll enjoy these works in progress! - Lackadaisy Merch Shop - https://LackadaisyShop.com - Extra Art, Updates, Livestreams - https://Patreon.com/Lackadaisy - Read the Comic - https://Lackadaisy.com ----------------------------------- CREDITS: Animation and Clean-up: Sam Kessler Al Densel Manapat Alex and Lindsay Small-Butera Mookie Tamara Lea Hirt Robert Cox Adeline Kanda | Hyrika Phui Jing Ling Olivia Johnson Compositing and 3D/Technical: Matt Pichette Ben Martinez RitoBandito Background Art Jill Dykxhoorn Director - Fable Siegel Creator - Tracy Butler Music - Story to Tell, SinimaBeats #lackadaisy #animation #2danimation #indieanimation #cats #prohibition #1920s

I saw this on YouTube and bluesky! The animation here looks absolutely incredible! I hope we get to see more bits of Rocky in his time with the Lackadaisy before Atlas’s death, but everything shown is still stunning! Take all the time you and the crew need, looking forward to the show!

Absolutely beautiful work. Can't wait to see season 1. Y'all take your time. We've waited so long already, waiting any longer wouldn't hurt, and when we do see it, we'll love it even more for the quality and effort put into it. 💕

I just noticed it, but as soon as a couple of guys started fighting in the scene, Mordecai and Viktor gave them a look, they didn't even have to verbally threaten them to establish order... I love the animation!!
