The lighting in this is fantastic! The eyes and the headlights are amazing!

Klonder

I hope no pies were harmed

Airvynk

Led flavoured booze. Limited edition. How could Freckle missed? Was it intentional? Please, somebody kill someone already.

Elephant

Are those a Savage Model 1907 and a Browning 1900? Don't see those every day.

Tracy Butler

Yes! Largely forgotten these days, but not terribly uncommon in the early 1900s.

Tracy Butler

Sorry. Hopefully the next update will be more satisfying. Wish I could draw this faster. Rocky is coaxing Freckle to aim true in the bottom row because, presumably, he didn't have to miss.

Airvynk

I'm not rushing you up, just fooling around. Every single page is appreciated. Take your time.

Casually_Competent

Reminds me of when Freckle ambushed those two pig farmers back in volume 1, only to then shoot at their feet and give chase laughing... guess Sinnerboy likes to play with his food

SCD

Cool comic, Tracy.

Who'd thought Rocky can be that frightening. He's double crazy now.

AlpineBob

This is a billion kinds of awesome! (I tried a few lower numbers and they just didn't seem right somehow) My favorite panels are 2 & 3 - they just crack me up. "You do see my gun, right?"

Pau

Hello, Tracy: I love your work! I have a question on the format... I am surprised pages are so tall. Is this going to be published on paper? Thank you!

Rachel Sandler

Man, comparing this page to the pages I first read back in high school (2008ish) is wild. Your art has grown so dramatically! I was impressed by what you posted back then, but now I'm blown away by every panel!

Tracy Butler

Thanks! Yes, eventually. The heights of my pages vary quite a bit, but I reformat them for book printing (I have already done this for Volumes 1 and 2). A page of this size would be 2 pages in print. I also reformat each page in an entirely different way for mobile viewing. It's a lot of work. =P

Erin Lisette

Jeezus this is amazing as always!

Pau

Thank you!

Brittany Coleman

Oh my! Fish looks like he'd rather not have the pleasure of confronting Freckle on the roof.

Syrus Coy

Was... was Freckle waiting for Rockie to get shot...??

Garrett Simpson

Beautiful rainy firefight! Love that Rocky’s starting to become frighteningly competent at his job,we probably haven’t seen the craziest part of his new descent into madness yet by a long shot, hehe.

Sally L

How did he get that shot from that angle on the roof... shoulda gone over Weaselface’s head. Look at how he’s aiming. Not that it matters, cause this update is awesome and I love it

Tracy Butler

Wes stepped back as he began shooting into the truck. In order to even see Wes and to shoot at a downward angle, Freckle had to move forward and sit up up somewhat from the position he was pictured waiting in in the previous panel. That's what I was trying to depict, at least.

Rosanna P. Brost

Freckle is so cute, even when he's being terrifying.

Syrus Coy

To me it looked like he waited until after Wes shot, and then looked at Rockie as if he was disappointed Rockie was still alive XDDD

Tracy Butler

Hehe. Well, I'll leave that for your interpretation. It'd be fair to say that Rocky falls within the purview of things Freckle is angry about, though.

Code Mystic Artist

Beautiful! And their faces the whole time through-AaaaaaaaHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-(You decide what type of laugh that is.

Maggie McDermott

This is definitely one of my favorite pages, and one I love to revist the most. There's so much personality in it, and it just feels like a serious turning point for Rocky and Freckle. Plus Wes has such an appealing design!
