I was hoping to be able to finish a longer version of this page, but just how much chaos a Kickstarter involves took me a bit by surprise.  I'm grateful for the support (to the point of near shock), but I'm also looking forward to a return to some degree of normalcy. Thanks so for bearing with me, everyone! Sorry if I spammed your Twitter feed.On that related note, the Kickstarter ends today. There are just a few hours left!  If you had any intention to, now's the last chance to pledge for the various backer rewards!

I love it; when's the last time we saw Mordecai nervous?

Begaminoid

Supermegacool! Another character becomes involved in the mysterious plot! I think, between awesome art, hilarious dialogues and deeply relatable characters it's the intriguing story that draws me in the strongest way. And maybe characters. And art. And...

Crap! I missed this by 15 minutes! :o( Wanted to get the Lackadaisy Essentials book sooo bad, but had been saving my money for other things...like cat food. Lol I actually have 8 cats if you can believe that. I know the campaign is over with...but I am a Patreon backer for Lackadaisy. Is there any way you might still post it on there for people to buy? So sorry I missed out on this and really wanted to support it! I still admire the art board of Rocky and Freckle I got with vol. 1 and 2 of the books. I couldn't decide between which character I wanted at first. I licked

Crap! I posted by accident before I was done typing! :o/ I meant to say I picked Freckle, but you ended up doing both characters which was really sweet. :o)

Tracy Butler

No worries, Candace, and thank you for your interest in supporting the film project! I have nearly as many cats to feed - I can relate - and feeding hungry mouths definitely takes priority! =) The hardcover art book will also eventually be available through Iron Circus Comics. There will be a digital version as well. I'll see what I can do about making that available to patrons at certain tiers without charging extra (I have to make arrangements with the publisher to do that).

I love how the Savoys can go from really laid back to possessing a ferocity for their job that'd make even Mordecai seem merciful! Fun seeing some different expressions on him than usual

Classical Salamander

Beautiful work! <3 I pledged at $55, I just don't have a spare $80!

ThirdKind

Was shorter than expected but like you said you're busy. Still curious about the color. I kinda miss the old style.

Your Humble Host

Oh snap! Oh snap! He's been talking with the investigator who has Zib in jail and is looking into Asa Sweet!

Congratulations on blowing the Kickstarter out of the water! I haven’t read this page yet cuz I want to savor it but excited it’s up! I hope you have time to rest too!

Evan Clarke

God I love Mordecai so much.

Brittany Coleman

So going back to the Sabbatical page in volume 2, I'm assuming the GG marked in Dom's page means Gracie Grombach? Maybe instead of Gracie he'll meet Mordecai if Gracie can give him the location before his (probably) timely demise.

Trubus panggaribuan

Hello! I am one of your followers. Can you help me to tell you a trick how to get a patron?
