Just as the BackerKit campaign was launching, I was having to say goodbye to this sweet, dapper guy. Lymphoma took its long, drawn out toll, but it still seemed rather sudden that everything was at its end.Life's been such a flurry of activity since then - travel, and interviews, and pre-production - I really hadn't had a chance to sit down and process any feelings about it. But, of course, deferred grief all catches up with you eventually. Anyway, it felt good to do a little requiem drawing, like a chance to spend a little more time together.
