I can honestly attest to this I’ve done the same thing and they really have no idea even barefoot surprisingly but that’s a whole nother ballgame that takes practice with shoes they have no idea especially heels here awhile back I was at a high school tennis game and sat beside this heavier set woman had on stilettos I was feeling brave and I thought the ground was solid…..it wasn’t she stood up really quick and the heel went right through the top of my hand she didn’t even notice bc of how I was sitting she just yanked it out like she was pulling it out of mud started bleeding real bad but I had a hand towel with me to wipe sweat so I applied pressure and went to er and got stitches just told them I fell on a fence rail lol and she never knew she pierced her heel through my hand it was absolutely amazing and terrifying at the same time
