Things get interesting with this unaware hand trample experience as the tormentor is wearing block shape glass heels. Theses heels are painful as it looks even though it's not a sharp heel, the block shape edges and the unaware situation makes it harder for any fingers to be trapped under. Once its trap under the heel the pain increase by the second but gets worse when she starts to lift her heel, bringing him more pain that he wanted. He really wanted to pull his hand out but with the force and weight and afraid of getting caught he has to endure and hope for the best.
