Tall and Heavy Workout (Patreon)
Content
Two tall sisters turn their workout into a test of absolute control.
Ally (6’0”, 150 lbs) and her older sister Elizabeth (6’3”, 160 lbs) can’t find their BOSU ball — so they improvise. Their solution is simple:
they use their simp.
Instead of balance equipment, his body becomes their training mat, absorbing every shift of weight as they step onto him and begin their workout. Sneakers press down as they balance, squat, and lift directly on top of him, treating him like part of the floor.
The pressure adds up fast.
When Elizabeth performs her set while holding the 30-lb weight bar, that’s 190 lbs of pressure driven straight down into him. When Ally takes her turn, her set delivers 180 lbs of pressure. As soon as one sister finishes, the other immediately steps in — no pause, no relief, no chance to recover.
Between sets, they even take pictures of each other, posing and snapping shots the same way people do at the gym — except he’s still underneath them. One sister balances and lifts while the other casually plants a sneaker on his face or chest, holding position while getting the shot.
They move through squats, lifts, and controlled movements, then finish by stretching together, both standing on him at the same time, calmly balancing and posing as if he were just another piece of gym equipment.
Every rep adds pressure.
Every photo costs him rest.
And the weight never fully comes off.
This isn’t a workout for him.
It’s endurance.
Tall. Heavy. Relentless.
