Unaware Hand Trample 29 (Patreon)

It’s been a while since I try a unaware hand trample with some sharp  high heels, but I seen my chance to do it as my step sister best friend  showed up to hang out after the club and watch hanging out by couch. She  was very fidgety as her heel is constantly moving around, so I had to  pick my spots where it could give me the most painful experience. The  worst part is my fingers already got trapped by her sole as I couldn’t  move it without her knowing. I had to endure her tapping until her heel  move to the right where the heel finally finds the middle of my hand.  The pain becomes too much as I am biting my lip from making any noise.  My hand looks like it’s been through a meat grinder with the skin  peeling off a bit. Luckily my step sister called her name to come over  where she is at and that save my hand for any more damage.
