Martha and Naomi are both basically blowing up a bathroom together, each filling a toilet before going to another one, when they realize it's the only left (as they nuked the others or other gals are still in the stalls). With no time to waste they both decide to just share the single toilet left and basically leave it in ruins....only to have their stomachs grumble again before the animation ends

Benton

A round of spicy Mexican food leads Martha and Hailey to the toilets, where after a few farts, the two begin to compete with each other in who can blow it up more. During their game of "Battleshits", amidst the moaning and loud wet plops, a person in the middle stall runs out nauseated.

There's no where to go because it's lights out and the bathroom in the cell is just way too gross to use. As she keeps farting, annoying her cell mate, she suddenly starts shitting herself. After that, she gets relaxed and falls asleep.

XepherLily

I've had a specific scenario I've been thinking about for a bit now, I'll do my best to describe it: A character goes to an arcade to play Dance Dance Revolution. As she is putting the credits into the machine, her stomach starts to cramp like she needs to shit. Not wanting to waste the credits, she decided to play anyway. Throughout the gameplay, her stomach is cramping and she is farting up a storm as she plays. Just when the song is about to end and she thinks she'll be able to make it, she shits herself while finishing up the last notes of the song

A new blond OC who's severely lactose intolerant orders a latte with soy milk. As she's walking back to her car, she takes a sip of her latte. Then her stomach starts inhumanely and loudly gurgling, and she realizes her latte doesn't have soy milk. Then she starts violently rapid farting and liquid shitting herself which makes her sprint back in the building with her hands on her clenched butt. She's shoving everyone out of the way while leaving a liquid brown trail on the ground to get to the bathroom. When she gets in it, everyone in the building hears explosions as the door keeps bending outward with each blast. Over an hour later, she opens the bathroom door and a giant cloud of stink comes out. Then she finally weakly comes out of the bathroom exhausted and sees there's no one in the building, not even the staff. After she leaves the building, she turns around and sees a note on the window that says the whole building was closed down by the health department.

Ms. Garner’s dump in the bathroom before her DnD game session with the other ladies. Perhaps she has diarrhea multiple times(this could be done through jump cuts between her stomach aching, her blowing up the bathroom in short explosive bursts, and maybe done through split screen so as to keep the animation short but achieve a good effect) Therefore, so as to not be dehydrated before the game she grabs something large to drink ( soda, energy drink, water, etc.) which after drinking then causes her to have to pee later.

Later the 5 women who made it to a porta-potty are on stretchers being put in ambulances while no one's taking the woman who didn't make it.

Martha and Hailey are out at a Mexican restaurant and put too much hot sauce on their burritos. The extra beans, onions, and hot sauce causes them to head for the toilets after they finish. They both enter stalls and begin to do their business. After the first few blasts, they begin to have a contest like Harold and Kumar's girl battleshits. After some back and forth, Martha drops the biggest load and is declared the winner. Someone in the middle stall comes rushing out in disgust.

Predictably, their competitive zeal results in a catastrophic loss of bowel integrity, but not of competitive drive.
