Wow after over an hr of files that got me a couple of hrs sleep :) I find this ..so so easy to fall into this one Sir ..very effective :)

Every twist I felt like my mind was moving with it. Lost quite a bit of time with this one and felt super fuzzy coming up from it. Always amazes me how quiet everything becomes when I watch these. 😁
