I had a weird/cool response to this one. When I woke up the next morning I remembered hitting play but couldn't remember actually listening to the file. I thought, eh, I must have fallen asleep before it started. The next night I put it on again and as I was listening to it I remembered having listened to it already. That was a new thing for me but it was kinda cool, and I slept really well!

Nimja

Very well done!

It's a cool idea but to be honest I felt that it was a little bit to fast paced. I couldn't quite keep up whit the shifting of emotions which made it a bit less effective I think. I actually did listen to a induction first as well. Of course this is just (my) opinion. Seems like the other two that left a comment didn't feel that way. I still enjoyed the file tho. Note that this is just meant to be constructive critisism. I'm not trying to be rude or anything. I know (also think) that you always put a lot of effort in your content.

Nimja

Criticism is helpful! Thank you Agnes.

I needed to listen to this, although I knew that it would cause some anxiety along the way. I am not used to or good at dealing with intense emotions and with the exception of anxiety I keep them under wraps, and that's for many reasons and over many years I have become very good at it. I wanted to see how much this file would challenge my mind. Oh, and it did. Ok until each different emotion was mentioned, more tense with each one making me shudder, then mix them altogether that was tough. I just felt overwhelmed and I was relieved when it was over. But it was an enlightening and valuable experience it made me realize that I'm just scared of powerful emotions and it's easier to hide them away in the back of my mind. A bad habit and unhealthy and a little cowardly. So i need to find some courage from somewhere, not quite sure how I am going to do that just yet. I love listening to you Sir, and i know hypnosis has had a significant effect on my stress levels and I have experienced many things that I wouldn't have thought possible.

Nimja

Emotions are an important part of us.
