Oh damn, I desperately need this. Thank you, Nimja! 😊

Oh nice, this is a perfect follow up to Service Submissive Training! Between the two of them my apartment is going to be spotless. :)

Diana

I have listened to a few of the everyday files and find it difficult not to listen to you, so I set the volume on very low and put it on repeat as I had a time consuming job cleaning 5 uvpc exterior doors which involves being up a stepladder for some time and I needed to concentrate, not being very good on ladders, so it was easier than usual not to consciously listen. I've lost count now how many times I've listened but not listened. I did wonder why sir would want to talk about chores, I could listen back I suppose but that would defeat the object. I've made that mistake before. Apart from focusing on the job in hand my mind was really quiet and peaceful. 3 gleaming doors 2 to go if it would stop raining at some point. 😁 Thank you, Sir for making this time consuming task seem shorter.

Nimja

Glad to hear it helped.

Diana

I'm listening to this at the moment, while I prepare woodwork for decorating. When I listened back in December I was up a ladder and didn't catch any of it but this time I did a little, it's so hard not to. It doesn't help that I can hear you more clearly now without thoughts getting in the way so much, but is it me, or is this not just about cleaning? Things are never quite what they seem àre they Sir? 🤔 Not that you are going to answer that.

Nimja

It's about all kinds of chores.

Diana

Ah ok, I don't find any chore therapeutic as some do but your voice most certainly is.
