Diana

I have had a difficult couple of days with stress, feeling exhausted in mind and body which makes my physical pain worse because of the tension. I did listen partly during the live but disturbed about half way through. I'm not one for massage I've always been ticklish don't like my shoulders touched, makes me cringe, i told myself not to be silly, as it is an hypnotic massage., Listened to empty repeat because it's so nice and relaxing and wanted an empty mind as possible, although i could feel thoughts trying to intrude. My favourite scent is lavender it's very calming so kind of relaxed a little as the file progressed, i was aware of my back and bone pain more than usual, but normally when i listen to you my pain and stress eases considerably, but when we got to the hands i became aware that my hands were clenched but got less so when it got to the mental massage, my neck stiffness eased a little, there are many files i go to when i have moments like this and you always say things that calm and soothe my mind when i feel anxious, i was able to let go of most of my thoughts and again my physical pain eased. It's taken me a long time to listen without thinking too much, it's much nicer to concentrate on your soothing, calming and reassuring voice...you have helped me so much with all aspects within hypnosis, sighs as i wish i didn't have such a topsy turvy mind, i am so pleased you can control it better than i can...Thank you so much Sir, this file helped a lot andyou always brighten up my day. ❤️

I'm glad it helped.
