Nimja

You're welcome.

VitAnyaNaked

I was happy about this topic today, as I hope it will help me fall asleep deeply, nevertheless, sleep disorders have happened to me often lately.

Nimja

I hope you find your rest.

Unfortunately for me my mind and body were too tired for Sleep Release as i feared, my mind was cat napping on and off throughout a small playlist and my mind didn't know what file it was in after a while. However i did get to the start of Sleep Release, but after five minutes or so i knew my mind and body were just too tired to respond. This silly heatwave didn't help @ 22c in my bedroom sapped any iota of energy my body had. I still would like to do it.. but it was a big ask regardless of how submissive my mind felt earlier in the day... I know when my neuro condition is effecting hormone levels and chemistry in my brain...it wasn't that, just over tired... However i believe my biggest hurdle with erotic hypnosis is fatigue, my body simple doesn't know what a circadian rhythm is... It was about 2.40am and i turned to this file. I have listened to this a lot and i leave it on loop just to help the insomnia mind absorb the words. Although i can't sleep through the night this file can settle my mind and send it to sleep for anything up to a couple of hours and for me that's nothing short of a miracle :) I woke up at 5.02am so it was approx 2hrs later. I know it doesn't sound much but it was unbroken sleep and not the fractured waking every 10 minutes or so. If i slept for 4hrs I would consider myself lucky. I did mention i liked the druggy, woozy effects in files :) It's also very restful and soothing. As for Sleep Release I have no intention of giving up on...hmm, I'm going to have to focus on files that quiet my tired mind earlier in the evening, i just need to hold on to a little energy, arousal takes a lot out of my body... There's the Demonic file coming up this weekend... My worst demon is insomnia but one thing for sure, is that it has a powerful adversary in erotic hypnosis because this subject has been conditioned well enough to know what she wants and needs and has a new determination to defeat the vicious demon that is insomnia, with the aid of Sir's influence and guidance in files, including any more druggy ones i can find...I'm going to beat this thing one way or another :) It's taken enough from me. Today however, feeling needy atm thinking about naughty things buzzing around my head, trying to avoid temptation elsewhere with what I'm learning to do...need to save energy for bedtime...such a frustrating dilemma to have ;) This makes me feel rested and cared for. Thank you Sir ❤️

You're very welcome. And please do your best to help with the heatwave mitigation.

Diana

Yes Sir, thank you, it's forecast for 31c tomorrow...I have a nice fan in my room that helps somewhat even though it's blowing warm air around 🙄 ❤️
