Yeah, breathing ... The main thing is to work on your breathing correctly ... Very relaxed hypnosis.

The title is very witty :) But what's in the file is such a beautiful, restful and calming experience. My growing desire to fully submit is often hampered by many factors outside of hypnosis and mostly out of my control, I've been a little unwell which resulted in just 2hrs sleep on Tuesday and on top of my insomnia...well things like that affect my progression even though the desire is still there waiting for that moment. :) This file i feel reinforced the need to give in to the submissive feeling and because of what i felt in file 685 being made to climb over the wall that controls thought, feelings, self doubt and creates hesitation has helped immensely. I listen to files that use and offer positive reinforcement for submissives that need the guidance and confidence to move forward. This file is such a beautiful way to enhance the desire to submit because concentrating on the breathing is so very calming and relaxing taking away thoughts and replacing them with feelings of obedience and submission, it felt so very tranquil and to be guided so sweetly gently reinforcing the desire further, because i am more certain than ever that i need and want is to feel complete as a submissive. Sir you have helped me build up the confidence and self belief where i feel ready to take my own very personal leap of faith...faith in myself and although I'm a little tired right now the desire to let go and give in is very much there, so as soon i feel able, i'm certain i will find my inner peace there....:) I can't truly put into words just how much this file is helping me with my obedience and submission but it also is helping me rest and recover. The feeling of contentment is blissful and one thing that resonates in my mind is from file Grateful to be controlled, when you said We are all in this together. That was a pivotal, important moment in my journey and i always have that thought in the back of my mind when i listen, it is such a comforting, encouraging thought to have. This file is heavenly and has given me some really nice positive thoughts going forward. So very, very calming on the mind. Thank you Sir. ❤️
