I've been needing the gentler side recently, that and your emotion venting and emergency takedown have been so important to getting be back on track after a ptsd break this year, so however much I love the kink and I do pretty much all of it this has served a different need. I just wanted to leave a thankyou for this style and the sanctuary they brought in my darkest hours I'm not sure I'd have got to the other end without them. Thankyou sir. Xx

Nimja

*smiles* You're very welcome. I wish you a lovely recovery.

This is for Diana who sent me a message in response to this but honestly I can't see it anywhere but my email so I'm just saying thankyou hun. I'm struggling to even leave the house atm with panic attacks, repeated shielding due to disability is what triggered me but I too need to get to the hospital for checks. Im getting a new wheelchair soon so it's getting the newer arc reactor on its battery (trust me it's cool 😁🔋) and I'm fighting back as hard as I can and with all I have. I will most definitely check those audios out you recommend. Sending much love to you too feel free to say hi on insta if you like, I'm by the same name.

Diana

I'm not sure what happened to my original message. I feel for you i really do. I know what it is like finding it difficult to leave the house, even more so since Covid. Due to the nature of my visual impairment i fall and trip over things and at present have a broken wrist It doesn't matter how nice the medical staff are, as soon as i get in a hospital my blood pressure becomes a dangerous level with the stress, it sucks. PTSD has some similarities with my form of depression it is is a complex issue but very debilitating and struggles with mental. health is something you cannot just shake off and i have mentioned elsewhere in response to a file, we fight to hold on, we fight to let go. I do know that PTSD is very traumatic condition to live with and like depression your own experience is unique to you. . I found Nimja hypnosis by searching for help out of desperation with chronic insomnia and although that is still an ongoing issue, like yourself i find solace some peace and a source of comfort and it has to a large extent brought order to the chaos that is my mind. That was almost four years ago and i don't know what i would so without it. Sir is so kind, has such empathy and compassion and non judgemental. For me hypnosis is an escape, respite from my world. The kinky stuff that's a whole new world, I'm learning along the way :) Your wheelchair sounds awesome! Sounds like it's turbocharged :) I hope the files i suggested help you as much as they have helped me.. sending you lots of hugs :) ❤️

Nimja

I don't know either. I got the email about it, but when I looked here it was gone. *hugs*

Nimja

Enjoy the new tech then!

Diana

I have listened to this countless times. Normally i hug my mug of tea with both hands it is kind of soothing and can quiet my mind for a few minutes and i can get a bit day dreamy sometimes. This felt kind of similar to my mind. It was a nice peaceful experience. I have been very frustrated with myself not being able to do things that we take for granted with the dominant hand. Suddenly something as simple such as dressing myself and eating with my left hand is a nightmare. I had to call for assistance to get out of the bath from someone and maintain my dignity at the same time. It was a mortifying experience and i got a bit upset by that, feeling utterly helpless. I can just about make tea left handed. It's been almost two weeks and i have another three weeks to go before the cast is removed, counting the days. Thank goodness for all the calming stress relieving files you have. My right arm feels normal in trance as if the cast isn't there, which is just amazing! The simple imagery of sipping tea and listening to your voice make my frustrations more bearable so Thank you Sir. ❤️

Yep I get you you with that Diana, I listen with permission from my husband who and Dom but also now carer, role changes caused me to question my role and me feeling like I was failing constantly. If you want a friend who gets this stuff I'm on insta under the same name, feel free to dm me. I do alot of work around mental health awareness there.

And Nimja I plan on, I have a personal assistant starting today which is someone that comes 4 hours a week to give my husband a break (even though he claims its not needed 24/7 is tiring on us both). Disibility on this level changes dynamics but not love.
