Creating the sin files was a strange journey. Playing with 'shame/guilt' in a very subtle way was like treading on thin ice. At the same time, like a horror movie, it's good to experience a large spectrum of emotions in a safe way. Even if it came as a surprise to some how strongly some words can affect.

So remember:

You are great the way you are.

Every person has sins and virtues, skills and limitations. And while it can feel strange to have someone talk very directly about some of the naughtiness that we all have, this is okay.

Life should be enjoyed after all.

Remember to have fun (not at the expense of others, obviously) and take good care of yourself.
