Tbh, i wasn't quite sure how my mind would react to this file but curious, thinking this would be one for the imagination, not personally having experienced any of what is mentioned in the description. The curiosity lies with what i might feel...and listening to Ego Stripping makes me even more curious. I was pleasantly pleased how quiet and blank i felt with no thoughts, my mind focused on my imagination and your words. I didn't have to fight with unwanted thoughts, it was so nice to have an empty mind and be able to 'feel' more.
