It's almost eerie how some of your files come just at the right time

Firstly I would like to say that this is a beautiful file just as Sir is a beautiful person. For someone who has found some peace and comfort in files of a similar nature at the moment i can't listen to some that can make me weepy. However i appreciate the intention. And Sir not being a therapeutic hypnotist he is very astute and well versed in how emotions affect us, good or bad. For me it's damage limitation for a mind and body ravaged by insomnia, i sleep on average about 22 hours a week. Emotion i can't deal with easily having spent a lifetime as a child and adult having to hide it away. At times like this when my mind is in what i call a pre- Nimja Hypnosis state, where i had no respite from my mood disorder and the detrimental effects on my body whatsoever. However just as Sir has powerful triggers so does my mind when simply put are powerful unpleasant memories that resurface from anywhere, as a child or adult of emotional stress at the hands of others. Or on this occasion the trigger is with the frequency of accidents i have due to my visual impairment. I had an accident last week while i was holding a little dog i look after and it could have easily injured her badly. I didn't care about myself. But it really upset me, and replay it over and over in my mind as i do with everything. The shockwaves are not exactly good for my fragile retina in my sighted eye, so it triggers a lot of stuff in my mind and in turn makes my insomnia worse and my mind more muddled thinking about stuff. I have many unsightly scars on my body, they fade but emotional scars run deep. I'm good at that so with hypnosis that means whether it's of a gentle or erotic files things slide backwards. This could be seen as haven't tried hard enough or practice enough , to the contrary i do, although i keep to background files at times like this i just get more frustrated because i can't focus with inductions. It's a yo-yo effect. The only thing i'm good at is rambling on, sorry :) didn't want it to come across that i haven't been trying the past four years:) Sir you are simply the best and very much appreciated. Thank you very much Sir ❤️
