This one was quite difficult to follow. You beeing strict made my head full of thoughts! And those thoughts and images had absolutely nothing to do with relaxing 🫠

The combination of strict and gentle felt really nice. My mind such as it is, plagued by thoughts 24/7 and thoughts can become very intrusive at any given time when i want to listen to hypnosis. So my mind needs a firm reminder to listen, pay attention to Sir and not to my thoughts. It's also very nice to hear some encouraging words when one's mind is conflicted, frustrated and tired of thoughts getting in the way of ones enjoyment of trance. In that respect i suppose my mind is stubborn that it won't let me be. It's exhausting. It was so nice that the balance of strict and gentle was equal :) I listened to Empty And Obedient after and it felt very calm, quiet and peaceful experience. I have a new playlist that i named "Peace" so i am going to add this to that list because it was very helpful. I think this file will help to bring order to the chaos in my mind. Just wonderful. Thank you Sir. ❤️

*warm smile* - It's fun to relax though.

You're very welcome.

This worked like a fractionation for me. Whenever you would go strict, it would wake me a bit. I can definitely say that I prefer the gentle. Although, like you said towards the beginning, there is a time for both.

Nimja

*nods* I haven't marked it as fractionating, since it's not hypnotic, but I definitely know what you mean.
