I have always been fascinated by the power of Sir's hypnosis especially as one who's mind is always adversely distracted by something going on around me that's affects the mind negatively. Right now I'm feeling extremely irritable, it doesn't help that i am limited to how often i can listen. However, despite all the cr*ppy stuff, the very mention of the word challenge will always make me curious... The first file i listened to before i even knew about the website was Resistance Challenge where i was rather sceptical, and simple put i didn't get it, especially the participation. My mind was just as full of cr@p as it is now. 😡 So, i was very curious about this one and how it would affect my irritable mind and extra short attention span. Yep it's bad...😡 So i had to wait for a little time for myself, with people around me to disappear for a while...well I have one nerve left and they are getting on it with disturbing my precious listening time. I don't set out purposely to resist any type of a challenge, I'm just fascinated how they affect me. To me they are like experiments. I didn't want any heads up with a summary or transcript. I didn't want anything to influence my mind beforehand. Well...this had an extremely powerful effect , tbh, given my present state of my mind it was more than impressive. The only part i had difficulty with was the first one. Nothing to do with suggestion or hypnosis, having broken my wrist before, turning the right wrist palm up was a little difficult pulling a bit and slightly uncomfortable and distracting. The other parts whatever you said, suggested was exactly what happened. Although my mind and body never wake refreshed with the little amount of sleep i get, that's not possible. Personally, i know if my mind is given something to do the concentration is much better and thoughts become less invasive, able to comply with suggestion or instructions. That's one of my favourite things about hypnosis and not being able to fidget or move. Not being able to prize my hands apart was quite mind-blowing, but i really need to learn to breathe properly, I'm always telling myself that. Repeating anything you say always silences my mind and it's soothing and calming. So, yes no matter how much time has passed the power of hypnosis, the fascination, curiosity still remains, it is extremely mind-blowing for a mind that is so full of distractions all of the time. Yeah, it's more than awesome. Fun, well that's an alien concept at the best of times, but it's more of a relief for me, a reminder, a demonstration what hypnosis can do to the mind. It's comforting more than anything...i don't know if I'm on my head or my heels just now. The new year hasn't exactly got off to a good start. I'm normally very good at masking how i feel, but trying to keep a lid on irritability is irritating in itself...🙄 But being hypnotized is the best thing ever! Yeah, absolutely mind-blowing, still in awe Thank you Sir. ❤️
