Well that varies quite a bit, if in a vacuum and given enough time to get up to speed using both psionics and their bio thrusters, an over-father is extremely fast. As you can see in this page, they’re quick off the mark too when they need to be, they can pull themselves around using their psionic abilities, use their enhanced strength to shift their weight and push off the ground and then they also have their little thrusters on their calf’s and forearms which can give them a quick boost.
