The Tandraxian who slammed their fist is going to have a meltdown on the next page. From an outside perspective, it would definitely seem like this is a ruse to grant a human AI control over all of Tandraxian territory. And also they would need to take an emitter in order to reverse engineer it, which might be the psychic equivalent of a honeypot in cybersecurity or a Trojan horse. The second its past the Galactic Union's and Tandrax's defenses, it activates and does something really bad, it could be a bomb, or maybe it would allow the All-Mother to infiltrate the psyches and computer systems of her enemies, the possible horrors are endless. Equally endless are the arguments and excuses made for not facing the All-Mother that will probably be made, as this plan likely requires a vast amount of resources even for the Tandrax. I absolutely loved the contrast and color between the All-Mother's emitter network and the proposed network for Belfast, it is very detailed. Your art style would look amazing as a 2D animation, but I bet it would be truly nightmarish to embark on a project like that with all the details! Have a good day.

Yknow ive always wondered, but how do holograms work in humanity lost anyway? Do they have some way of bending rays of light, or is it maybe more of a cloud of LED nanobots that just give the effect of a hologram, or something else?
