Newcomer from Curious Archives, I've actually been following on twitter for a month or two but only just decided to support your amazing art! Keep up the good work!

The kinnia concept is awesome, your ideas in speculative zoology are very cool! I am glad that the curious archive video brought me here.

That blade would be absolutely cruel on the thrust.

Can’t say thanks enough for your support of this project and your kind words. It’s you guys that are making this happen! I will mate, cheers!

It's a double-edged blade meaning it will cut on both sides of a puncture, the blade is decently broad which will help maximize internal damage to the target (a good real-life example would be a Roman gladius), the blade comes to a very keen point which makes piercing the target on the initial impact significantly easier than if the tip were broad like that of a medieval executioner's sword, and the blade is short enough to more closely follow the principles of knife making than swordcraft making it more rigid which means the blade will have a lot less give to it as it doesn't have to flex in order to avoid shattering, it can just be hard.

Giffy

That's why I'm here lol

If there was a market for Spathology degrees I'd be set for life.
