I have some BIG news folks, the great Simon Roy and I will be doing a cover swap! What that means is that I will be doing a cover for his latest book and he will do a cover for issue 4 of Humanity Lost. I’m so excited to see what he puts together for this issue, I suspect many of you are too and that you are no doubt fans of Simon already. If you’re not familiar with Simon Roy, do yourself a favour and check out his work, he’s my favourite comic creator out there. I recommend picking up his book HABITAT.

So yes there will be a slight delay on new pages for Humanity Lost but you’ll be getting two cool new covers instead!

Cheers man! I’ll be back with the fight soon, there’s plenty more twists and turns to be had between these two absolutely powerhouses. For now though, I’ll be making a sweet ass cover for Simon Roy’s story Brave Bird!

Yeah they’re often used in manga to depict either momentum or a focus point for the reader.

Hahaha I love your enthusiasm mate! yeah I remember you ☺️ I’m glad all of that is clarified in the book now, I made the edit to the PDF. I like all of your suggestions there, that would be extremely cool, in fact that could even be a story onto itself really. There’s enough in there when you think about it, an attack on a star ship, all of the crew struggling for dear life, eventually succumbing to the Conglomerate onslaught and some serious character building for Belfast’s Character showing what it was like for him in the aftermath. it’d be super dark and filled with dread though, like a horror comic.

Yes! Simon worked on the Reboot of Rob Liefeld‘s comic titled Prophet with Brandon graham and a host of other great creators that are all worth checking out individually.

Thanks Tom! I was such a big fan of Simons even before I started making comics so you can imagine how I feel! I really cannot wait to see his take, it’s going to be amazing, I will of course show it off on Patreon once it’s complete.
