That’s a big ship.

> Emperium is assaulting the Conglomerate capital. > Exit flux space in a dwarf planet scale ship. > Rescue the Conglomerate leader and the last human. > Refuse to elaborate any further. > Leave.

Very, very large, the Tandrax have billions of these star engines forming nodes in their Dyson swarms and shakadov thrusters.

Isaac Solar

Whoa! The tandrax sure are great. I need to look up what the tandrax are now

CallumStephenDiggle

Thanks man, well this is actually just one of the many billions of star engines that make up the Tandrax’s infamous dyson swarms and shakadov thrusters. They can also operate as space faring vessels and colony ships. In fact each ship is essentially a colony onto itself because of its internal volume. Although this one managed to navigate Flux-space successfully it will later be revealed that 2 whole Star engines were lost in the jump, it is still extremely dangerous for the Tandrax to navigate though The Flux and they do not take the decision to do so lightly.

You’ll be able to find them in the Lore post under the Bonus tag on Patreon, but they will of course be explained in the series itself given time.

2026-09-18 21:00 So, if I recall my lore correctly, the Tandrax are pretty non-interventionist. I'm guessing their upper managment has assessed the Imperium threat and see it as something that could potentially kick their ass. In other words, is it Tandrax Time? I think it is Tandrax Time.

Time out, Tandrax Time…. Can’t touch this 😆

CallumStephenDiggle

Hey yeah you’re correct! They’ve changed their tune with regard to the Imperium and you’ll be seeing a lot more of them in the future. Oh yeah, I’m thinking It’s Tandrax time! Haha
