There are advantages to having free actors, especially if they go “offline” or are disconnected from the All-Mother some how. They are in control of a lot of troops, so they must be able to enact the AM’s will somewhat autonomously. With that being said, they do always have the subtle dull influence of the All-Mother over their minds at all times and they have layers upon layers of mental/psychological conditioning that form the basis of their truth regime and thus how they perceive reality around them.
