Unfortunately my appendix is playing up again (or at least that’s what I think it is, it’s in that area) and I’m unable to get any work done, it’s causing horrible headaches too, so there’s going to be a little delay on this next page, sorry! I couldn’t get anything done yesterday, I’ll see if I can get something done tomorrow, but right now I can’t really focus at all.

Thank you! It’s so frustrating because I’m a pretty healthy guy, I eat well, I exercise regularly, ah well there’s no avoiding these things sometimes I guess.

may you already mentioned this, but have you looked at IBS or other GI ailments? I get pain even when I don't drink enough water, or fiber.

Well when you put it like that 😂😂 Thanks, I’m feeling much better than I was already. Im still struggling to be seen by the NHS though, they’re only interested in dealing with the most extreme cases, which I get, there’s a lot of people that are in a much worse condition than I am.

Honestly, I’d be willing to pay $5 a month for the content you put out. I think a lot of people on Patreon would be willing to pay that amount too. This would more than double your revenue stream. Also, with inflation, getting ahead of it is probably the best play. I don’t know the demographic break down so I’m just making my best guess and speaking personally.

I don’t want to fix what isn’t broken, but I appreciate your advice though mate. Keeping it really low helps to draw in more people. plus, one pound coming out of your bank each month is pretty negligible, so people are less likely to cancel if things slow down because of personal life stuff like this gut pain and headaches that’s affecting me now.
