I used this day to chill a bit and decided to practice. The goal was to sketch from references in under 5min. No matter how it looks. You practice to catch the essence in the shortest amount of time possible. If you draw, I highly recommend this :) It's fun :) I added time notes so you can see how much time I needed for each sketch.
