Unexpected Consequences 0.19 (Patreon)

I want to start by saying I meant to release this update a couple hours earlier, but I discovered a last minute issue that required me to re-upload all the builds. In fact, the MediaFire uploads are still ongoing and I will add those links to the download page once they are complete.

Unexpected Consequences 0.19 is here, bringing with it the end of chapter 4. I hope you enjoy this update and eagerly await the next. I currently plan to release 0.20 with the first part of chapter 5 by the end of January.
