As an ASMRtist, I've always been fascinated by how different sounds and images can trigger that delightful tingle and provide a sense of calm. So, I thought, why not take it a step further and share something even more personal – my heartbeat recorded on paper. I wore a holter box for 48 hours and here are some of the records taken from the most note-worthy moments.

Imagine the gentle, steady beat of a heart transposed onto paper. By capturing my heartbeat visually, I aim to create a unique ASMR experience. It’s like watching a piece of someone’s essence before your eyes, a tangible connection that goes beyond the usual auditory or visual triggers.

Heartbeats are inherently soothing. They remind us of being safe and loved, echoing the comforting sounds we heard in the womb. By sharing my heartbeat, I hope to evoke these feelings and provide a sense of connection and tranquility.

I hope this brings you joy and peace. Feel the beat, embrace the calm, and let’s connect through the universal rhythm of the heart.

Stay relaxed and tingly!

PLEASE NOTE:

I do NOT want any advice, interpretation, warnings or other feedback from anyone here. I get feedback from trained professionals I can check the credentials of. Some feedback I got from YouTube had me very worried and caused me sleepless nights. I know you/they mean well, but I will trust my doctors that there is nothing wrong.

Please do NOT share any of my content, but especially sensitive personal medical documents anywhere. You can show a video to a friend to show what my Patreon is like, but this is for my Patron's eyes only!

Well I've just seen new doctor at local practice in nearby village - mainly checking with blood pressure arm strap somewhere good as recall

I've booked to do some blood tests like sometime soon this week presumably, yet was bulldoze by my lot over getting checked over for anything before it's too late

But why? What's wrong? Why all the medical examinations all of a sudden?

Nice little skip in the middle.
