There was no tier price increase...(From my side) (Patreon)

Sweethearts, I've been getting a few questions and complaints about a tier price increase...which I haven't done. So I'm not 100% sure what is happening. I know that if you stay at your tier, you'll just keep the price you agreed to. But apparently, if you cancel a tier and then want to start again, the price may be a bit higher.

I'm so sorry this is happening for some of you. (Or all of you??) I really hope it won't affect your choice to become a member or not. But I can understand it will for some.

I have not found out exactly why this is. I know about the 30% fee Apple charges. I've posted about this. But someone who doesn't use apple also saw this. My second most probable reason is the drop in value of the dollar. Patreon does have a safety percentage in it's calculation, but if there's a big value drop every few months the system will re-calculate.

I will post some links if you want to read more into this. Just know I haven't suddenly changed any prices. I'm sorry they're suddenly higher for some.
