Discord updated (Patreon)

The discord server just got a major update. It used to be a Patreon only server but I decided to also include public channels. Patron stuff is still hidden and only visible for supporters. If you are a patron but don't see the patron section please update your Patreon user with your discord, it should then link you to the patron role there.

The server is still being updated and new stuff added, since I'm still a noob at Discord xD
