I’m totally here for Greg talking about random stuff on GregFromHTD

Any luck with the gift membership/app interfacing? Just a thought, but if it's unresolvable in the API, maybe there should be a disclaimer on that sub tier? As a gifted membership, I would have had my wife just tell me to subscribe normally in order to gain access to the app instead of asking for it as a gift.

Hi Greg, I assume here is as good of a place as any to ask about future mini-episode ideas. 1) All Blooper reel (for April Fool's Day?) 2) Super montage of funniest/worst taste reactions. Be Excellent to each other and party on dude.

I recommend making more drinks from some of the nerd cookbooks on the market and then reviewing them and possibly trying to improve them

Greg from HTD channel suggestion - if love to hear more on your view on pre-code films. I heard about that whole industry and concept from you, and I got to see Metropolis with a live organ arrangement.

I’ve run a moderately successful dad/parenting blog for 18 years now (geez!) and studiously stayed away from commenting on “news” and especially “politics” for most of it for the sake of a wider audience; feels like using an established platform to speak out might be more important these days. It is a hard choice.

Please feel free to experiment with GregfromHTD channel. I think its fair to struggle with whether you should have a voice given privileges in life and potential for your views to already be well represented. However, I will say that you do have an established audience that are interested in your experiences and thoughts. To express them is not taking away from others because that audience will be here regardless. Also, I don't listen to you because you are right, but because you are a thoughtful person who has a well defined perspective on life and articulates it well. I've disagreed with your positions, but like to hear them because it makes me reconsider my own. Even if its just whether a movie is as good as remembered on Midnight Local. Good content is a dialogue between a creator's perspective and who we are as a listener. I've thought about the significance of yeast, agriculture, and genetic engineering throughout humanity's existence, but I wouldn't have the wonderful "Civilization in a Glass" phrase or speech without your specific artistic and intellectual expression.

Additionally, from the topics I've seen you discuss, I suspect that there are a few topics that I think you could touch on that I think could be interesting and / or important to me, if not others. First, (and this might come off overly high minded, but...) I think you are part of an underrepresented alternative role model for masculinity in the creator space. You're in a traditionally male oriented trade and have a wonderful east coast assertiveness that plays well into that manoaphere vibe, but you argue for inclusivity and authenticity. Not only is this helpful to the uniqueness and value of your voice, but it is something I think would be valuable to explore. Secondly, I enjoy your exploration on history. Whether it's your personal nostalgia of grandparents and Disney trips, debunking the misunderstanding of American myths, or giving the background of a drink, I enjoy your narratives on history. Also, if you do take on politics (which I would be very interested in), but want to moderate your takes on it to an extent, you might consider trying to convey your thoughts as if you were trying to teach or provide advice to your children about how to navigate those topics. But I'm also down to hear Greg after midnight as well. I hope some of these thoughts might prove helpful.

I would honestly love to just hear you shoot the shit; I really like your tangents and rants, so maybe if something is rattling around (innocuously of course, for the sake of the algo), I would definitely check it out

Hey Greg! A thought about GregFromHTD. Your subscribers, patrons, and regular viewers are largely here for your passion and presentation of that passion. Currently, that just so happens to be mostly cocktails. GregFromHTD has so much potential to continue exploring those other passions in your life with us. A good example, your fallout video on that channel. I don’t play fallout. Watched the whole video. You have a contagious passion that people are here for

Barb Lawler

Will there be a livestream of the HTD sink installation? That would be awesome

Tom Combs

Dang that backlighting drives your autofocus NUTS! :D

Here's an idea... "How to make your youtube videos not suck with Greg". Because there's a lot of hot garbage out there. You had your journey to get HTD and now you're rocking two studios and more. Also "Youtube tips" like how to make a damn dime. I've been struggling for 4 years and could use some pearls of wisdom. Those youtube knobs who claim to tell you how to succeed are clueless.
