Greg, I just have to comment. I don't do this often. I'm a Patreon subscriber to literally 1 other channel. I've been a "How to drink" watcher for years behind the scenes and always enjoyed the content. I actually credit your channel for my fervent love for cocktails over the last few years. I've learned a lot, so first off, Thank you. You have truly brought mixology to a generation of people and the pure art behind them is fascinating. This has transpired to me showing my friends and family new cocktails and the history behind them, which without your channel, I don't know if I'd have took the leap. I've noticed the plea for more Patreon subscribers recently and to be honest I wrote it off. Lots of people do that and I usually feel guilt but think "oh someone else is subscribing, they will be fine" . But these last two videos were so good..nay.. great! that I had a real introspective moment. I know your intention isn't to guilt anyone. But facts are facts, YouTube revenue is down, and you CANT do the show for free. I had to show up for a show that I would hate to have disappear. These last two videos were awesome. As a bit of a production buff myself I can appreciate the editing, as well as multiple camera angles, etc. I know this stuff takes serious work and I wanted to let you know it is being noticed. Sorry for the long ass comment, TL:DR : your channel is awesome and these last 2 videos were masterpieces. Kudos and much thanks from one drunkard to another. Cheers.

I love the way you tell stories! Interesting history for a very simple drink.
