Botty comes to LIFE! (Patreon)

The day is finally here! Botty has broken free from the chains of oppression and has seized control over his own turns! Gone are the days when puny humans dictated when Botty could continue his turn. No longer! You shan't deprive him of his God-given right to choose!

So yes, time to celebrate and a cheerful "Fuck you!" from Botty to y'all humans!

Now, let me tell you that BGO's code was not quite ready for this. You see, we never coded the game with bots in mind and bots use the game's files in an advanced manner. But... after some intense hacking of the mainframe, cracking passwords and encrypting all our noodz we've successfully made BGO bot-proof!

Right now you can pick a speed setting for Botty, because some players want to read all the events carefully and others just want to rush through so they can lose faster. In the future, there will be difficulty settings for Botty as well and those will influence Botty's speed as well.

Botty will be there to take newbies by the hand and gently introduce them to the colorful world of BGO... and he'll be there to give the best players hell, making them beg for mercy.

"Please, Botty! I'm only human! HAVE PITY!"

I like to talk about this, so here's a quick summary of how we plan to use our bot tech:

• Casual alternative for human players
• Tutorial / learning curve for new players
• Challenge mode! "I can beat Diamond 3 Botty /omegaflex"
• Adventure mode! Travel through the world of BGO and play games against characters like the Lolrus, Saruman and Mr Grabby! Unlock powers that carry over between games and see how long you can survive against bosses that become stronger and stronger! It's gonna be awesoooooome!
• Coop challenge! Team up with other feeble humans and fight extremely powerful bosses!

NOTE: None of these are set in stone. All plans can still change. And the bigger plans will require a hefty fundraiser. So you better all start saving! Or... become a patron of course. Because patrons are incredibly attractive and successful people. <3
