New Zealand is primarily interested in a seat at the table so it can buy the good stuff . In terms of technology, the Kiwis make smart bomb guidance and the world’s smallest GPS as well as being leaders in additive tech for printing engines, carbon fibre rockets. They place satellites into orbit cheaply for the USAF. Obviously small scale. The Kiwis are re-arming and want to buy the good stuff.
